Lesson 2.1 - Self-Worth:  We've been conditioned to believe that we're more worthy based on external things, our accomplishments and social status, for example.  Start to believe that you are 100% worthy, regardless. 

Lesson 2.2 - Change your Thoughts, Change your Life:  We've been conditioned to think that our feelings come from things that happen to us or in the world, but it's not true.  Learn how our feelings come from our thoughts.

Lesson 2.3 - The Model:  Learn this amazing and practical tool to put the concept that your feelings come from your thoughts into practice in your everyday life - it's a game changer!

Lesson 2.4 - The Model Examples:  Get to know the model a bit more by looking at some real life examples.  Included are directions to a daily practice to use in your own life. 

Lesson 2.5 - Be a Watcher of your Thoughts:  Learn that you are not your thoughts and you are not your emotions.  Learn to be a watcher, to separate yourself from your thoughts and feelings, and start to decide how you want to think and feel. 

Lesson 2.6 - Power Thoughts:  Learn how to choose thoughts and think them, on PURPOSE!  

Lesson 3.1 - Take in the Good:  Learn this evidence based practice and intentionally notice the good in your day and turn it into an experience that your brain/body holds onto.  Simple & powerful!

Lesson 3.2 - Gratitude Practice:  Don't let this one slip by.  It's one of most researched, scientifically proven hacks to increase positivity in your life.  I teach you some new ways to bring this practice into your daily life. 

Lesson 3.3 - Complement Others:  This is my most favorite and fun hack to bring positive vibes into your life.  It's so simple and it works!  Others feel amazing and so do you!

Lesson 3.4 - The Quick 5:  Did you know that it takes five positive statements to outweigh one negative statement?  Use this hack to train your brain to think better feeling thoughts.

Lesson 3.5 - Bridge Thoughts:  Learn how to go from a current, un-serving thought to the thought you want to think by using bridge thoughts.  They're stepping stone thoughts to get you where you want to be.

Lesson 3.6 - Questions to Ask your Brain:  Ask your brain questions and it will answer them.  Ask a negative question and you'll get a negative answer.  Learn how to ask your brain questions so that it responds and seeks out positive answers.
